STUDIO PROJECT WORKFLOW (50 Hours)

The marketing department works using a ticketing system called Kayako, which creates job numbers and keeps track of where a project is at . Currently this system is being updated and they will transition to a new system soon.

Generally speaking, Kara is in charge of the ticketing system and assigning jobs to the various people who working within the department. As such she is also responsible to ensure that jobs are done in the most efficient manner and that they meet the requirements of the stakeholder (client).
