Once again I was set the task to update a trifold brochure using the corporate style guidelines.

Below is what the old brochure looks like. Although it's quite nice, it barely incorporate their corporate blue etc. and so it needed to be changed. Unfortunately I had to re-type the entire content from the hard copy I was provided as the original digital copy has since been misplaced/ no longer exists. During this project I really learnt a lot about the importance of : • having back-up files, not just on your local machine or extenal hard-drive but also a cloud storage facility. • proof reading your content and having someone else also check it if possible as sometimes computer spelling and grammar checks do not pick up on things especially if they are spelt correctly, but are wrongfully inserted into the sententence. • to stick to corporate guidelines where possible , so as to not make extra work for others. They have been designed for a reason, that reason being consitency of message, identity and brand recognition. • looking after our native animals. Old Brochure

Task: Re-type content

Finished version 1 of updated brochure. The packaged fie has now been sent back to Kara for approval/ ammendments before it goes to print.

Here are some other native cuties that needed some TLC from the staff and volunteers at RSPCA.
